Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your dachshund to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at dachshundwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
